Quilting Table

Can you interprete my dream?
I had a dream of a white door.. with a golden key in the door. I opened this door and inside is a spacious white room.. brand new. So white that light shone from it and inside are many lovely things.. like a new patchwork quilt folded amongst other things on a table. All the things in the room are new. I feel a sense of awe. I've never ever dreamt of doors or golden keys.
What a BEAUTIFUL dream! I believe this is a dream of the Kingdom of Heaven and that God is doing something new! Perhaps this is about your personally, or it may be a picture of something even bigger concerning the world, the church or our nation. You know what has been on your mind, the focus of your prayers. Perhaps there is a connection.
The quilt may represent something wonderful God has put together from many elements that will be a blessing and a comfort.
This is a dream of hope and promise.
The key to this door is there, waiting to be turned and the door is there to be opened! Do it!
God bless you, my sister!

Quilting Little

It's very late folks.. shouldn't we all be snuggled under our patchwork quilts like little field mice?
Folks in England that is
Er, um - why would field mice be snuggled under patchwork quilts? They better not be under my patchwork quilts, else I have an entire arsenal of mousetraps ready for them.

Quilting Darning

What's the deal with feather pillows?
Bought a couple of feather pillows a few months ago. Am I missing something about this invention?
The quill end of the feathers continously pop up through the quilted fabric of the pillow and then through the pillowcase. When lying on your side or on your stomach it's like taking a pipe cleaner to the face.
These feathers are about 1" long and now they're all over the place.
What am I missing here? Do I need a rubber pillow case to keep the darn feathes inside the pillow?
Your pillows are cut feathers, not down. That means you have sacrificed price for comfort. Don't feel bad about the error. I, and I'm sure, many others have made the same mistake. A rubber case would be rather uncomfortable. Try a non-allergenic pillowcase cover. It reduces the problem to almost nothing.
