Cord Part

Can a hair dryer electrocute you if the cord touches a few drops of water?
I know that if a hair dryer is submerged in water, it will electrocute you, but if just the cord part gets a little wet, is there any risk?
When the cord itself becomes wet, it will not electrocute you.
With the risks:
1. if the cord has some openings, like rat bites, it sparks when it touches the water. worse if the two lines of wires have openings that get wet, your electricl connection will be shorted.
2. if that wre opening goes to water, and you are within the water's reach (continuous), that's when you get electrocuted.

Machine Part

How to thread the bottom part of a sewing machine?
I've gotten the top part going alright through the needle but how do I make the bottom part function?
I have a Kenmore 4 stitch. I do know how to wind the bobbin but I don't know how to put it where it belongs under the needle.
Here's some help from Singer that cover the most common forms -- the removeable bobbin case and the fixed sort:

If you can tell us the make and model of your machine, we may be able to help more.
EDITED TO ADD: The URLs above should help -- chances are your machine is of the first type... but go to the Sears Parts Direct website and put in the machine's model number, which will be of the form 123.456789 -- you may very well find that you can download the manual for the machine.
Do you know how to wind a bobbin on your machine?
