What's a good small, handheld, portable instrument that I can play and sing at the same time?

Apart from a ukulele I can't find anything. What would be cool is a melodica that plays with bellows instead of blowing into it, cos then I could sing... something like that. Anyone?

concertina is the best one (kind of like a small accordion)
